Biography
As the Technical Specialist at Mainline, Michael is responsible for supporting customers and the sales team by providing training, technical support, wireless frequency coordination, programming, and design assistance. From a very young age, Michael was interested in learning about music, which eventually led him to earn a BA in Music from Florida State University. He picked up audio engineering skills by volunteering for various churches in his hometown of Tallahassee, gaining valuable experience in a variety of settings. After moving to Central Florida, Michael turned these skills into a career gaining vast professional experience in Corporate A/V, Theater, Concert Production, Houses of Worship, Sports Venues, Broadcast, and the Theme Park Industry. For the past 3½ years Michael has provided top-level support to Shure’s customers for wireless audio and networked systems.
