Biography

Jeff Barnett is the Director of Worship Sales at Sweetwater. He has 30 years’ experience in worship technology as a live sound and recording engineer, system designer, installer, educator, and musician. Jeff works with thousands of churches and worship artists from all over the world, including Mercy Me, Casting Crowns, Jesus Culture, Crowder, and many more. Jeff enjoys working in his home studio and singing with his a cappella group, Smooth Edge 2. Jeff and his wife Brit are proud parents of six kids and are still trying to figure out where the youngest one’s left shoe is. (If you see it, please let him know.)

Grant Embury is a seasoned audio professional from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. With over 18 years of industry experience, he has held prominent roles in audio production, earning a reputation for his exceptional technical skills and ability to produce top-quality audio that truly captures the essence of the artist and their music. For a decade, he served as Audio Lead for the Sonlife Broadcasting Network and Jimmy Swaggart Ministries, where he oversaw many aspects of audio production, including CD and DVD mixing and mastering, as well as live broadcast mixing. His expertise in these areas was instrumental in ensuring that the quality of the network’s programs was of the highest standard, and his work played a key role in the impact of the ministry.

As a freelancer, Grant has also served as a front-of-house engineer for numerous high-profile festivals and shows in the New Orleans area, working with prominent names in the industry. His ability to work seamlessly with artists, producers, and other professionals, while maintaining a focus on delivering the best production possible, has made him a sought-after engineer.

Currently, Grant serves as a Sales Engineer at Sweetwater, where he advises thousands of customers on the best gear for their ministry goals, leveraging his deep knowledge and experience in production to help them achieve their objectives. He is dedicated to his craft and is always striving to improve and evolve his skills and techniques to produce the best outcomes possible. His work has been recognized by many, and he continues to be an asset to the production industry and worship community.
