Bill Swaringim is an accomplished technical and production leadership consultant, and currently a Relationship Manager at Avenue Systems, an AVL build/design firm based in Milwaukee, WI. With extensive experience in building and leading teams, he has helped numerous organizations achieve their goals through effective technical leadership and communication. He has a passion for leveraging technology to support and enhance the mission of the church, having worked in a variety of roles over the last 25 years, including Technical Arts Director, Creative Arts Director and a member of the Senior Leadership Team for a large multi-campus Church in St Louis, MO as well as the Executive Director of Church Technical Leaders. Bill is known for his strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts in accessible ways.
