Eric Chancey has been mixing front of house and leading church production teams professionally full time for 29 years. In that time he has worked for four different churches and has seen a lot of changes in the church production world but one thing has stayed constant, people matter! Eric has a heart for developing leadership and community within the church tech world. His philosophy of people over production has lead to the development of healthy, thriving teams. Recently Eric and his wife Tawna moved to the Cincinnati Ohio area to take on the role of production director at Princeton Pike Church.
